PFA PVI+Posterior Wall organized in 11-month persistent AFib into mitral annular flutter. Anterior mitral line beginning at the annulus terminated tachycardia where there was no voltage on #HDGrid, but perfectly lined up with #Abbott heat map. PFA Contact Matters.
