My first week at @ManchesterMind went brilliantly, a fantastic team who gave me such a warm welcome, thank you. Mental health awareness week this week, in these current times everyone's mental health is vital. We have fantastic services at MM to help those who are struggling.

When I was little, I remember people saying U can’t do this or U can’t do that, you are from this council estate. Well I’m not famous or anything like that, but I tell you what. I proved a lot of people wrong. Don’t let anyone ever say you can’t do something!

Welfare & Employment Advisor @scottduncan1961 has done us proud in the #Manchester office this week; he has secured #housing for 5 #veterans in just the space of 3 days. Incredible work! 🏘️⭐

7 days back in to the swing of things and 2 people have been provided with supported living in Canada Street, 3 more clients have interviews for supported housing today and 3 clients have gained employment. Nice work everyone !! @WWTWNorthWest @supportthewalk

25 yrs ago 2day, my life changed forever. Had many ups & downs, stuck in some dark times, but I refused to give up. To this day I still have battles, so 1 word to them, KARMA! BUT I've met n worked with many FAB people along the way. @RLCares @PhoenixHouseRC are an amazing team

@HannahPopsy saw you on BBC Breakfast this morning, i totally agree the trains are still shocking for wheelchair users. I've lost count how many times i've been left on a train.
