@ESGhound I mean at these prices they’re set to make $150 million in April alone, & this war is looking unlikely to end anytime soon. Plus, there is a real energy crisis in California now, so definitely quite a lot of money still, I wouldn’t be surprised if oil hits $200 this year.

$SM energy and $CRC are both up like 45% ytd and trade at something like 20% 2026 FCF yield at $80-90 WTI and it's absolutely incredible how many of the dumbest idiots are spiking the ball on something that is trading at like a 3% FCF if everything goes perfectly. great trade

@bmpcapital hmm not sure i agree but i guess we'll see! DPA is a powerful tool but relatively untested and stuff like land egress ( ROW) is exempted. I don't expect a quick blessing regardless

@ESGhound If I thought there was only a slight chance of restart, I would move on. I think when it restarts, the stock will be much higher. As for the valuation, restart + high oil prices warrant a higher valuation. If there is additional dilution then I will adjust my target price.
