The Commission has released today its proposal for a Regulation on the legal tender of cash. It entails an obligation to accept cash as a payment, with only very limited exceptions. Retailers will no longer be able to have signs on their door such as "cash not accepted here"

ESTA is proud to announce the election of Mr Guillaume Nonain, General Counsel EMEA APAC of Brink's as the President of ESTA. Guillaume is succeeding Patrik Högberg who is leaving as Managing Director of Loomis UK and ESTA after 4 years of Presidency.

ESTA has elected Mr Gonzalo Suárez, Risk Director, Loomis Spain, as the Executive Vice President of ESTA. Gonzalo is replacing Mr Högberg in the Board of ESTA.
