Today, we proudly celebrate International Women’s Day. At ETTC, we recognize the invaluable contributions and dedication of the women on our team.

ETTC was honored to receive an official delegation from the DFR of the KRG on February 25, 2026. The visit served to formally present a letter of appreciation to the ETTC in recognition of its successful delivery of two specialized high-level training courses earlier this month.

From February 11 to 12, 2026, ETTC successfully hosted a comprehensive training course on Conducting and Organizing Official Meetings and Delegation Visits for a group of personnel working at the DFR of the KRG and other concerned members from relevant directorates in Erbil.

From June 23–25, 2025, ETTC held an intensive Spokesperson Skills training for directorates from #Halabja & #Garmian, led by Sr. Advisor Yad Amin. Covered key topics in communication, psychology, media handling & leadership—featuring the interactive "Hot Seat" method.

16 to 18 June, ETTC successfully conducted a comprehensive training course on spokesperson skills, specifically designed for spokespersons from various directorates in Duhok and Zakho under the Ministry of Interior. The training was led by Senior Advisor Mr. Yad Amin.

June 1–3, 2025, ETTC organized a comprehensive Spokesperson Training for directorates in Slemani & Raparin, led by Senior Advisor Yad Amin. The training closed with a ceremony attended by Slemani Governor Dr. Haval Abubaker, Brig. Gen. Salar Abdullah, and other esteemed guests.

From May 25–29, 2025, ETTC hosted an advanced HVAC training for engineers from Erbil Governorate & the private sector, led by Dr. Ranj Sirwan Abdullah. The course closed with a ceremony attended by Erbil Governor Mr. Omed Khoshnaw & other distinguished guests.

From May 27–29, 2025, ETTC held a 3-day training on Spokesperson Skills for directorates in Erbil & Soran, led by Senior Advisor Yad Amin. Topics included communication, body language, media management & more—ending with a closing ceremony joined by Government officials.

From April 20–24, 2025, ETTC held a training on Energy Management for engineers from Erbil’s governorate and private sector, led by Dr. Nyaz Taher Azeez. The program covered auditing, DSM, strategic energy use & more, concluding with a ceremony attended by key officials. #ETTC

We were honored to host a distinguished delegation from APPG (All-Party Parliamentary Group) in the UK Parliament at ETTC, along with several Members of the UK Parliament and esteemed governmental and non-governmental guests. This special occasion was a valuable opportunity.

ETTC successfully held a workshop on “Writing Effective Daily Briefing Reports, Communication, and Coordination” for KRG employees. Led by Canadian expert Ms. Shauna Sexsmith & assisted by Ms. Sana Rzgar Ahmed, participants gained key skills for clear & efficient reporting.

23 Feb 2025 ETTC and Ministry of Migration and Displaced/ Iraq (MoMD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the government's efforts in assisting Iraqi returnees and implementing the Reintegration Program.
