Guess who doesn't want to go back to in-person office culture? People of color, people with disabilities, mothers + fathers, people who value their mental health.

So much is written lately about what we've known to be true: Office work benefits (largely) white men with the invisible labor of women, mothers, and people/ women of color making THEIR work possible.

I have worked #remotely for nearly 10 years, including as cofounder of a team of 50 at @MotherlyMedia. Remote WORKS. I'm not surprised at corporate pushback, but I am OVER it.
