@EULAR_JC @jeffsparks Pleasure being w/ you all. 1) RTX and JAKi pts at high risk & should continue shielding. Many are studying how to improve vaccine response & passive immunity. 2) We need add'l studies to confirm JAKi findings so interpret cautiously 3) ABA & IL6i have sim outcomes to TNFi

@rheumpatient @zach_wallace_md @EULAR_JC This is a great idea for a future study! JAKi were collected as a class in the GRA so we cannot analyze that question #EULARJC

@EULAR_JC @zach_wallace_md Certainly this is a reason to encourage RA pts (and gen population) to get vaccinated! The pronounced risk for RTX patients and other data showing poor response to vaccine mean pts need to be counseled about shielding strategies. They need monoclonal Abs if infected #EULARJC
