Excited to have our work on chimeric eCLIP on bioRxiv! biorxiv.org/content/10.110… A great collaborative effort with @yeo_lab and @bio_eclipse where we build upon powerful chimeric CLIP/CLASH methods to create a simplified method for identifying miRNA targets transcriptome-wide.

With pending NIH support, we also anticipate having at least 20 travel awards for trainees to attend – more details on that to follow soon -Eric, @RuggeroDavide , @pylelab , @Vuphuongly , Esther, & @yeo_lab

We’ve got a good mix of exciting talks on various aspects of how RNA biology both influences and is controlled by tumorigenesis, and we’d love to have more folks join our effort to continue cross-pollinating these exciting fields! Abstract deadline is Aug 25th
