I stopped cooking for my husband when he started saying things like “we are having chicken again?” Or asking what we were having for dinner and then saying that’s not what he wanted after I had already started cooking. I tried cooking again for him and he did the same, now he just keeps my kitchen a mess and I won’t cook in a messy kitchen. When he asks me why I don’t cook anymore, I remind him that I work long hours outside the house and then I would come home to make something for him and he was being ungrateful so now he can cook for himself. If you don’t appreciate the meals, there’s zero reason for anyone to go out of their way to make them. 🤷🏻‍♀️
