A frustrating season, in which we fell short in so many places. Gutted. I just wanted to come on here to say thank you for all the support this season, from the minute I arrived I’ve felt nothing but love. An amazing club and fanbase and I wish you nothing but the best in the future. Thank you, Foxes. 🦊💙

@_mattpiper @mnorman1985 The whole of the current management hierarchy needs to be looked into and removed immediately starting from Rudders onwards
We can see why Sue left …

Watford announced the decision to sack head coach Ed Still earlier today, following a run of five successive defeats. 🪓
Appointed in February, he won just three of his 15 games in charge, losing eight. 😕
Who should the Hornets turn to next? 🤔

@Footballtweet Give Millwall or Hull a chance
But we know it’s Soton
Ipswich were just lucky

@cuzcuzverde Very sad state of affairs
We be getting £3m next season for televised matches
Sadly We cant turn the clock back
Only forward and need to get rid of Rudders and co and the dead rot

Today is one of those melancholy days in the club's history, but it's also one of those days that reminds us why we love Leicester City so much. Ten years ago, the world stopped to witness the impossible. An unlikely and underestimated club wrote a page considered the greatest achievement in football history by winning the Premier League. It wasn't just a title; it was a reminder that football still belongs to dreamers, to those who believe when no one else does.
But today… the reality is different. Today marks the end of a difficult and bitter season, which ends with relegation to League One. A cruel contrast to what we experienced a decade ago. It's impossible not to feel the weight of this journey. Impossible not to feel anger, sadness, and uncertainty about the Club's future.
And amidst all this, we are divided.Half call for deep changes, question the ownership, and demand a new direction. The other half believe in continuity, in rebuilding with those currently in charge. But there is something that must be greater than any side:
Leicester City does not belong to directors. It does not belong to owners. Leicester City belongs to its supporters. And it is precisely now that this matters most.
Because titles we won some and lost others. Owners come and go. Squads change. But the supporters, the supporters remain. They were the ones who carried the club to the impossible ten years ago. And they are the ones who can sustain it through this fall.
United, we are stronger. Divided, we are just another club lost in the chaos.
That doesn’t mean accepting everything. It doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to mistakes. On the contrary: it means supporting the club, but never standing by poor leadership, bad decisions, or a lack of ambition. Loving Leicester also means demanding more — but without tearing apart the very thing that keeps us standing: our unity.
Today is a day to remember the miracle of 2016. But it is also a day to face the reality of 2026.
And above all, it is a day to reaffirm:
Leicester City is bigger than any phase. Bigger than any owner. Bigger than any relegation.
And if there is one thing our history has already proven… it is that together, we can rise again.
Let the rebuild begin. We need this. We want this. We deserve this.

Sheffield Wednesday have won for the first time since September, after breaking the football league record for most consecutive games without a victory.
The Owls did it in front of a sold out crowd in the final day, recording the highest attendance of any club in the Championship this season, with 33,750 fans 👏🦉
