This week we have been on lots of exciting adventures in the woods with the Gruffalo! He has helped us with our story telling, map skills and measuring work - AMAZING! 😃

As part of our World Book Day activities, we enjoyed a lovely story session with our buddies and had great fun sharing our vegetable book characters. What a wonderful way to celebrate our love of books! 😊📚

Wow, what a fabulous World Book Day! Such creative and imaginative ideas from everyone with their vegetable book characters and such fun and excitement during our story time sessions. A huge thank you to our amazing Mystery Readers for bringing fun and laughter to our day. 😊

We have loved all the role play opportunities this week and have shown excellent story retelling skills. We could not believe it though when Goldilocks broke Baby Bear’s chair so worked together to build him new ones! 😃

Such a fabulous way to finish our topic on Real Superheroes with a visit from Marie and her guide dog Rupert. We were fascinated to learn about the amazing job Rupert does each day and to discover that animals can also be a real superhero! Thank you for a wonderful visit.🦮🐾

What an exciting Friday morning we had with a visit from two Police Officers. We loved finding out about the many different ways they help in the community and were very interested in their uniform and the equipment they use. A big thank you from us all! 👮🏻‍♂️👮🏼

Today, a group of our super little learners represented our school at the @ChorleySSP Balance Bike Festival. Their behaviour, enthusiasm and team spirit were amazing. A huge well done to them all! 😊🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️
