An election is under way for the GA President for 2027–28, with voting closing on Friday 27 February 2026. Three candidates have been nominated: Rachel Hawke, Helen Martin, and Sophie Wilson. The successful candidate will serve as Vice President (2026–27), President (2027–28), and Immediate Past President (2028–29), sitting on the GA’s Board of Trustees throughout and working closely with the Chair of Trustees and Chief Executive.
