hot take: building a SaaS from day 1 is a trap.
u spend months on infra, auth, billing, dashboards.
and u still don't know if anyone wants the thing.
build the tool first. use it yourself. validate the pain.
then productize. not before.

my week rn:
→ classes in the morning
→ client work between lectures
→ coding my CLI at night
→ repeat
idk if that's hustle or just chaos lmao
but the project is moving. slowly. and that's enough.

@LessonsFromProd exactly this. if u can't use it urself u got nothing to sell anyway
English

@E_Ryko This is the move. CLI tools are underrated as a forcing function. You can't hide behind UI polish or marketing copy. Either it solves your problem or it doesn't. And using it yourself first means you catch the dumb stuff before anyone else has to.
English

okay so. big change.
i was gonna build a full SaaS from day 1.
ngl that was a mistake waiting to happen.
new plan: build a CLI tool first. use it myself. see if it actually solves a real problem.
then — and only then — think about SaaS.
ship small. learn fast. fr.

5 weeks of learning ai agents while juggling exams and client work.
the thing that surprised me the most?
it's not the AI that's hard. it's giving it the right context.
garbage in = garbage out. fr fr.
more on this tomorrow. 👀

been gone for 5 weeks. ngl.

let's talk about it. 👇

okay so. day 3 of building in public.
still in the framing phase — ngl it's the most underrated step fr

ngl building a site takes me 3h min for a client.

how long does it take y'all? and when do u even find the time fr?

@CiprianiRanieri Week 1. 0 followers. 0 users. Zero clue what I'm doing lol.
But already less alone.
Appreciate it man. 🤝

@UnplugOrPerish Honestly no idea yet.
I learn the same way I code — break things, stay curious, repeat.
Works for bugs. Hoping it works for users too
English

@E_Ryko But isn't it interesting how much of that is just as vital as the coding itself? Building is one thing, but connecting with users is where the magic happens. What do you think would help bridge that gap for you?
English

They don't teach you how to get users in dev school.I'm a student.I can build. I can ship. But marketing? Never touched it.
My stack anyway: — Mac — Claude.ai+Claude Code+ Codex — A lot of coffee ☕
Just building in public and figuring it out as I go.

I build websites for clients.
90% of them? Just need something simple. Same pages. Same stuff. Every. Time.
So why am I still doing this by hand?
That's it. That's the idea. Building an AI to handle it so I don't have to.
Day 1. Nothing built yet.

Most people build in secret. I'm doing the opposite.
Day 0 — no product, no audience, no revenue.
I have no idea if this will work.
But I'm shipping, learning, and sharing everything here — wins, failures, numbers, mistakes. All of it.
Let's go. 🚀
