Year 3 stepped into the wonders of nature with a visit to Perivale Woods and explored the woodland. Budding botanists in the making, they carefully dissected a bluebell to learn about the different parts of a flower. A morning of fantastic, hands-on learning.

Year 5 pupils woke up in London, registered at school then spent the afternoon hunting for fossils on the Jurassic coast in the sunshine! ☀️ A perfect Tuesday… every child at Selborne gets the opportunity to attend a residential school trip when in Year 5. 🧳

Jo lives on a busy Sheffield road with no street trees and a lot of traffic noise. But as her newly sponsored tree grows, its dense canopy will act as a natural sound barrier, reducing noise pollution 🔇 and looking fabulous while doing it 🌸
