It looks like a coastal scene in the background with a small island in the middle. On the right it may signify a walk through time.

It was their 85th anniversary and their strip was black and white stripes, with black shorts and socks. Maybe it was a gift from them. 🤓

Does anyone have any knowledge of the Willie McStay (top right), seemingly a descendant of Celic's Hugh William McStay, who played for Corby Town? We have no record of a descendant Willie McStay, who played for Corby Town.

We have no record of John McStay, 1919 to 1977 getting married and he's buried with his parents in St Conval's cemetery, Barrhead.

Christina McStay, known as Tina, married Andrew Dysart Stewart in 1942. We have no record of any kids. Christina died in Pollock in 1966. Andrew Dysart Stewart was born in 1915 in Cambuslang and died in Pollock in 1996. Both are buried in St Conval's cemetery in Barrhead.

We're still trying to trace any direct descendants, ie grandkids, great grandkids etc of Hugh William McStay 1892 to 1960 who played for Celtic between 1916 & 1929. Known as Willie McStay, he wed Elizabeth McArthur in 1914. They had 2 children: Christina, 1915-66 & John 1919-77.

We're looking to contact any descendants of Celtic Great Willie McStay, 1892 to 1960. He signed for Celtic in 1912 & played until 1929, inc 6 years as captain. Born in Netherburn, near Larkhall, he lived his final days in Pollok & is buried in St Conval's cemetery, Barrhead.
