Dear community, We’d like to express our heartfelt apologies and gratitude to all supporters who care about Earos. The past period has been extremely challenging. We understand your anxieties, problems, and even frustrations. We do not intend to evade the current situation; rather, we hope to confront the issues head-on with you amidst this chaos while seeking the most appropriate solutions. 🧐Who are we? Since its establishment, Earos has been an entrepreneurial project of co-creation and co-building, committed to involving people in the construction of an AI agent ecosystem through an innovative Web3 value paradigm. We have come this far thanks to the trust and support of everyone, but we are currently facing systemic risks that are beyond our control. Due to organizational restructuring and business adjustments, we established a technical execution team within China last year to facilitate future capitalization planning. On March 5th, the technical team was subjected to an investigation by local authorities. To cooperate with it, our operations have been forced to halt, with assets subject to confiscation due to uncontrollable factors, leading us and the community into an unprecedented predicament. This not only impacts Earos but has also has significant repercussions for all our supporters. 👇We would like to make clarifications regarding the current situation: 🔷 Earos has been adhered to its original mission. We have never operated with the intent of illegal possession, and we have not manipulated the price of our tokens (any price fluctuations occurred after the investigation are by law enforcement). We’ve consistently focused on developing our products and have not engaged in any malicious activities against participants. 🔷Earos has always maintained a detailed product roadmap. Through the theory of token economics, we aimed to gather early participants, and the other unreleased products are indeed under development authentically (such as on-chain $Eos staking). The AI platform of W2 was also under timely development before the authorities intervened, with the intention of transforming production relationships via token and real-world value. 🔷Following the forced intervention by authorities on March 5th, all tokens were taken control on that very day. All subsequent price actions  were conducted by the authorities, though we believe this may not comply with legal procedures and infringe upon the rights of users. Let’s emphasize that Earos has never intended to giving up. We do not wish to see this pioneering venture, which has carried the trust and efforts of countless individuals, be misunderstood, forgotten, or labeled as a scam. Despite the current complexities and the severe realities we face, we’re actively seeking solutions to protect the rights and interests of our community as much as possible. 🧐What can we do moving forward? 1⃣ Actively cooperating with the authorities' investigation. We commit to maintaining more open and transparent communication moving forward. We'll not shy away from issues or shirk our responsibilities. We'll regularly update you on the latest developments and continue to stay in touch with the community, ensuring users are informed and helping to prevent unnecessary panic and misunderstandings. 2⃣ Facing challenges together Currently, we are diligently seeking appropriate solutions, including possible compensation mechanisms and plans for the continuation of the ecosystem. Under the current circumstances, we can not promise immediate fulfillment of all rights, but we hope to work together with everyone to find the most fair and feasible path forward. We will announce a preliminary plan shortly. 3⃣A Call for Understanding and Support We understand the anger, but we hope you can take a moment to think calmly and avoid making impulsive decisions that could lead to greater losses. This project has never belonged to just one person; it is the result of the collective efforts of the entire community. We hope that, regardless of the outcome, everyone can approach the situation rationally, unite, and seek the path that is most likely to achieve consensus. Earos will not and does not wish to evade the issues at hand. Even in the face of the worst-case scenarios, we aim to address all supporters with a sense of responsibility, ensuring that every user receives a reasonable explanation and that we find the most beneficial direction possible. We will continue to work hard, and we hope that everyone can understand and give us a little time to face this challenge together. The road ahead may not be easy, but we remain committed to confronting it positively and turning the tide.
