In our #eastwhitbyRe #eastwhitbyyear3 have looked at Hinduism and the idea of karma, doing good deeds to live a good life. This linked really well with our Pride awards and challenged us to think about our actions and consequences.

A fab time was had by #eastwhitbyyear3 as part of their #eastwhitbyscience and #eastwhitbygeography work this week as we headed to Tate Hill to find fossils and complete field sketches of the sedimentary rock which forms the east cliff.

Early years had some wonderful visitors in school this week. Here is Genie class meeting some unusual pets and they were even brave enough to have a snake around their necks! #EastWhitbyEYFS

2 weeks ago these girls raised £215 for school by holding a bake sale. Today they went to @whitbybookshop to buy books for the library. What an amazing collection they thought very carefully about the pupils in school and what they would like. #EastWhitbyPersonalDevelopment
