One of our students led the way with this humbling tribute to the horrific discovery of 215 children buried on the grounds of the Kamloops Residential School. This is 215 pieces of orange tape. One for each child lost.

Today was a beautiful day in our neighbourhood. Hearts lined the fence of the Cedarview Lodge that neighbours our school property. Thank you to our students for all the hearts you made and decorated for our elder friends. Our community shines bright today! Stronger together.

Our Kindergarten students collected “Cookies for a Cause” and delivered them to the downtown Eastside women’s centre.  They serve 300 dinners a night to single mothers, their children and other women. These will be dessert tonight.
