Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy New Information: - Game is in the final months of development - Release date announcement is imminent - You explore the childhood and young adulthood of Sophia from A Plague Tale Requiem - The main story takes place when she's 22, around 15 years before the events of A Plague Tale: Innocence & Requiem - Journey through her childhood through flashbacks in the plunderer camp where she grew up, led by her father, Alec - In the present day, she's been cast out by her mentor and goes after him through a treasure hunt on the Minotaur's Island, where a mythical creature is tied to a devastating curse - Sophia wants to understand what evil has been haunting her since childhood. It seems Requiem wasn’t Sophia’s first encounter with the Macula - Sophia is nicknamed The Scorpion of the Seas, emotionally guarded, relentless, and her whole arc is about learning who to trust - Sophia will have sidekicks throughout the game that will travel with her - Sophia's design went through a complete overhaul - Devs are currently testing, balancing, and refining the game mechanics - They are also doing final tweaks, last recording sessions, and the closing notes of the score

Release is 'almost here' says Asobo Studio. ▫️ Set 15 years before A Plague Tale: Requiem ▫️ Set in the Mediterranean on 'Minotaur's Island' which is said to hide a secret treasure ▫️ Play as a younger Sophia, the pirate smuggler character from Requiem ▫️ Sophia is a renowned plunderer and smuggler, nicknamed "The Scorpion of the Seas" ▫️ Melee based combat with swords, daggers, and parries.
