sauce for grilled stake 2tsp chopped rosemary, 1tbsp chopped parsley, 3tbsp olive oil. Salt and ground pepper! Amazing with medium rare.

Slice 1 onion, sweat. Add 3 beaten eggs salt and pepper. Cover and cook at low flame until firm... and you have an Onion Frittata!

coffee pannacotta: heat without boiling 3 C heavy cream 1C espresso 1/3 C sugar 2 2/3 tspn gelatin whik well. put in fridge until thick.
