1. Remember that it's not the end of the world. 2. Enjoy your next meal without further guilt. 3. Take a nap/bath. 4. If you feel sore after a binge, rubbing your stomach helps. 5. Do NOT weigh yourself! 6. Try to focus on the positive. 7. Talk to someone if you need them.

1. Understand that Christmas might be difficult for them. 2. If they need to avoid some situations, that's OK. 3. Chatting about the day beforehand with them will help reduce their anxiety. 4. Be wary that they may be anxious on the day. 5. Avoid talk around weight/dieting.
