Over the years we've had many benches placed around the Eatons... we've now mapped them out on our website (and we hope we remembered them all!) escan.org.uk/Home/Benches

Another big thankyou to everyone who took part in May Day. We've raised about £1,360 for ourselves (in addition to the many charities who were there), and this will all get fed back into the Eatons community!

Everyone is welcome, and while we have some trowels and forks, if you can bring your own that will help us do more!

We're having a PLANTING DAY! Help us create the hedge along what will become McNish Wood, near Willow Bridge, on 30th April, between 10am-2pm.

The wall along Drake Road is still fenced off and I understand it will need repair work, but the bank has been lifted clear and is now in a safe place in the car park.

If you've been saving old clothes for us... our textile bank is now available again at Tesco, Great North Road. All donations raise money to support activities in the Eatons!

And don't you think the tree on the Green looks magnificent this year? I don't remember the lights being twinkly before!

Thankyou to everyone who turned out for some carol singing with gusto last night, despite the chilly conditions... 50+ might be a record! Hope the warm mince pies took the edge off the cold for you!

We've now sold out of copies of our book of Eaton Socon cemetery records. So, we're making the last edition (2019) available for free download instead! Find it and our other publications here: escan.org.uk/Home/Books
