Here are a few changes we are making to enhance user experience Firstly, We are going to disable rate limits for authentication as we work to make it fully observable. Secondly, Smile ID handles our KYC, we are going to talk to them to make it fully observable by next week so we know why some people KYC are been rejected. Thirdly, We also want to make it that you can perform bill payments without the need for KYC first. If you are unable to finish KYC or pass auth, we will fix all these little issues by next week. I apologize for any inconvenience, our observability plan from launch was mostly focus on transactions.
