People say that in Travarkov, it is as easy to get rich as it is to lose your life. High risk high reward, or so they say. Hell, I can't stop shaking from excitement.

Every so often, new rumors and speculation surfaced, but the truth was hard to come by. However, the city remained intact, unlike the wasteland, which gave no peace to anyone. As it was, it was a stroke of luck that turned out to be their saving grace.

Some wondered if BebCo had some prior knowledge or had taken preventive measures to protect the city. Others suspected that the corporation possessed advanced technology or secret underground facilities that shielded Travarkov from the devastating effects.

To this day, no one can understand why the Incident did not affect the city. The contrast between the devastation of the wasteland and the surviving Travarkov has generated many speculations and rumors. Of course, many of them have to do with BebCo Industries.

And there are the olden ones - hidden relics of the past. They are the remnants of the history before Incident, some hidden only to never being found again. You might find information about them or accidentally stumble upon them, gaining relics and artifacts.

The stashes are generally of two origins. First are the novel ones, created by the Streamer. They reward solvers with the easiest and most valuable prizes - money & information. Sometimes it is possible to find useful things or rare collectible figurines with strange energy.

Psst!... Have you heard anything about stashes? Of course you have. It is no secret that Travarkov is filled with hidden stashes and vaults. Some of them are locked and require a passcode. Others are hidden so well you will never find them without a map.

After I decoded the message I went to meet Vasislav. I asked him about an encoded message I overheard when somebody was talking about Ghilla. If it's him, it could be an enigma cypher, I remember it from the old days, from the war. We usually used an 8 for every key - he said.

While I was waiting in my coupe I found a neatly folded piece of paper stuck underneath a seat. "diaivqoivq qv lu nwz i jwvca" I wonder what it means.

Zone. No one was able to leave the Zone, nor was anyone successful in entering it from outside. Travarkov is the only city in the Zone that enjoys relative peace. It took decades to achieve some resemblance of society after the Incident. But for how long will the peace last?
