Final day of placement @KNGward for my #TopUp as #RegisteredNurseDegreeApprentice. Sad to be leaving my @DixtonWardCGH colleagues but excited for new opportunities @PaedsGRH. Just the Uni sign off next week and everything to go through Board then I'll be a #RegisteredNurse. 😍

Because it is dying matters week... This is a Respect form, a way of recording what matters to you. Sadly some people just think this is a "do not attempt resuscitation" order. Nope. Really shouldn't be. 1/7

The team are ever so greatful to @Novgirl15 for the donation of 2 TVS. It will provide our long stay patients with a much needed, nice distraction.

Tough day today.....I have cried that I was scared of a man, I have cried with my staff who have cried about how hard today was. I have been found with head in my hands by the people I am caring for! Today I feel broken..amazing team work though.
