$MC $LVMH pay attention.
Consumer Discretionary names like this one, $NKE and $LULU are all pulling back into cycle wave 2.
The wider market is in wave 5. Once the ABC correction starts, majority of capital rotates into safe havens. Consumer Discretionary is catching my eye.
These names are in completely different cycles to the broader market. That is what we take advantage of.
$MC approaching the 0.5 fib again. Planning entry on either:
1. Test of the 0.618 fib / 200 monthly moving average confluence
2. Breakout from the trendline
Cycle wave 1 delivered a ~21% CAGR with dividends reinvested. Now imagine cycle wave 3.
To repeat: market is still in euphoria, we remain deep in wave 5.
Not trying to scare anyone, just keep position sizing and leverage in check.
