@Jonatha53580088 @Raghunandan_05 Yes and no the authors for both series use the timeskip for different reasons the time skip for naruto's development was not important it was just used to age up Naruto He was never going to develop in these 3 years in power or as a character but Boruto did

I think the boruto timeskip was done too early .
Some of the coolest moments like Sasuke training boruto and them being hunted down by code and the five great nations was just offscreened . These events had a huge impact on boruto as a character .
