@MLBTheShow Life has been better since I deleted this year’s game… Simply unplayable with the glitches you all fail to acknowledge. I hope most other players will go on to support other games until SDS fixes their game

@OhChev I wish it released day one for the Switch 2. As someone who loves the Arkham games the game looks amazing. From what I’ve seen it has similar gameplay mechanics of the Arkham series and the familiar goofy storytelling of previous Lego games. Seems like a must get 👀

@hgsgdbd73456 @CarterdaKing32 @thejmils01 TA used to (for the most part) have themes. For example they would have seasons where it would be only future stars for every team. This one in particular was legends and future stars. For the teams that didn’t have enough “legends” in the game they would usually give them a FS.

This is sad to see. The game (outside of the story) is great! The most fun I had with a Mario sports game in a very long time. However, this did feel too soon to release since we are waiting for other Mario sports games outside of tennis and golf. Baseball when?! 👀

@OhChev @JERZNetwork It depends when the online releases for the game. Red Dead 2 and GTA V had their online mode come out as post launch content. However, with how big this game is expected to be I wouldn’t be surprised if they have it ready on day 1

Call me crazy and this is obviously a selfish take but I'm more concerned with GTA 6 being released. It's going to be Fortnite Ala 2018 all over again. It's going to dominate twitch, everyone will stream it+ every other game will be a morgue. Sports creators gonna be down bad

@OhChev I swore I wasn’t going to get this game this year but hearing that they got rid of pci shrinkage on stream was a huge selling point for me and I loved that they were listening to the community. we all fell for false advertising and overall the community deserves better.

The fact that the Switch version of MLB The Show is capped at 720p (60HZ) DOCKED is such a shame lol. The console can run Switch 1 games at 1080p HANDHELD now after the update (which is what this version is). Switch 2 can run 1080p 120hz, we need an update @MLBTheShow !

@TheshowNoob Not having an event for this long of a time is new, but last year specifically gave the players no incentive to play that game mode at all. I’m glad they added a program to go with each new event now, but going forward I hope they don’t have events lasting this long

@OhChev I think a 6/10 for DD alone. It was a big improvement from the year prior but with some questionable gameplay mechanics like PCI shrinkage. TA, while fun to grind, makes it hard for the content team not to recycle the same players over and over again leading to some boredom.

Looks like it runs alright on the switch 2, but very obviously a visual downgrade… I’ll probably get it when it goes on sale, but games like cyberpunk, resident evil, and FF7 remake show that games could look good on this system if the developers tried
