Loud can literally be grown almost anywhere in the world it’s not exclusive to one group or region.Also vape consumption everyday is more harmful than a cheeky one or 2 magnum at a day party and I get why people are fed up because children as young as 13 are getting their hands on vapes now. Secondary,college and uni toilets smell like tropical air freshener 24/7 😭 people are vaping inside uni libraries,buses, trains, everywhere.
