A 27‑year‑old man presents to the ER abroad with classic signs of acute appendicitis. Right lower quadrant pain. Fever. Rebound tenderness. CT confirms inflamed appendix. But there’s a problem. He has a healed McBurney’s scar. He insists: “I had my appendix removed years ago.” Yet imaging clearly shows an appendix. How is this possible?



Can the patient’s hand regain it full function and stability???
