The thing about footballers is that it's like a classroom in which you walk into filled with other students. From the start, nobody sees you as special. You're just another student and people see you like everyone else until you start excelling academically, then suddenly, everybody wants a piece of you. Back then, they just Ronaldo as another footballer who managed to make it professionally and will end up retiring like most average footballers retire. If only they knew they were standing in front of greatest or had the ability to see the future, they would have been the ones serving him.
