Parscale’s Clock Tower X, the FARA registered Israel agent, directed $13M from Israel to digital strategy groups. Soon after, mysterious “peace” groups traced back to Parscale sent Pro-Israel texts to voters in Arizona’s 4th district. Kai Newkirk is a candidate who opposes US aid to Israel & the bills merging Israel’s military with the US. Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), 52 U.S.C. § 30121 (implemented in 11 CFR § 110.20) bans foreign nationals from: - Making contributions or donations of money or “anything of value.” - Making expenditures, independent expenditures, or disbursements in connection with any federal, state, or local election. - Making disbursements for electioneering communications (e.g., certain broadcast, cable, or satellite ads mentioning candidates close to an election).
