Louisville is on the rise! According to the @uscensusbureau, our city ranked No. 12 for percentage of population growth from 2023 to 2024 among U.S. cities with 500,000+ people. That's ahead of major peer cities like Cincinnati, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Memphis, and others.

The Kentucky General Assembly allocated funds for Fiscal Years 2025-2026 to support revitalization projects in Downtown Louisville. As part of the historic investment, the state legislature designated funding for the Downtown Louisville Building Conversion Program.
