Is it ethical to #nudge people away from meat consumption?
Although opinions differ, we did not see much academic discussion. So Federica Nova and I wrote about it in the Journal of Consumer Policy in our Meat #FORGOOD paper.

Does anybody have thoughts on the ethics of nudging people to eat less/no meat? Meat production has negative externalities (on the environment, animal welfare), but its such a personal decision. There are strong opinions on both sides. Has anybody written about this?
