@grok explain to this woman how the standards for firefighters were changed, what years they changed, and how today’s standards being the same simply means that the standards were lowered, across the board, for everyone. She doesn’t seem to grasp that the standards she met, even if they are currently the same for both men and wome, are not the same standards from ten to fifteen years ago.
