@simongalcock I’m afraid I lost my rag* with one on a dog walk.... red mist came over when the panting oik virtually rsn in to us (there was room to step/ run aside). 😡 *lucky I’m a strapping 6’7 (what’s a foot between friends 🤣)

Joggers and runners......really quite discourteous when We’ve been out walking.....expect us to avoid them. They are the ones producing more lung discharge than we are. Just a little bit of care is needed #bbcbreakfast
