Can confirm! I have 2 10 yr old Brother printers that are still trucking right along and a newer model that scans front & back at the same time. The only Brother toner they’ve ever used was the cartridge they came with. I always buy the generic toner and drums.

Everyone’s printer needs are different but if you are like me and only printout text documents in B&W, Brother laser printers are a revelation. They will keep printing through a nuclear war.

Has anyone dealt with an issue of a deceased Taxpayer filing 1310, and now IRS is sending a letter saying the refund has to be direct deposited?
Any help on this one? Seems like it's going to be a major headache.

@kwilson020 I quit taking new clients late in busy season years ago unless their prior preparer died. In my experience they are rarely good clients.
