@merrierm @rupeshmalpani @MSFTResearch And even beyond #a11y, it's important to think about access to the hardware and infrastructure. These technologies are often expensive, need dedicated space, and may rely on fast broadband. There's interesting research into how we make this more inclusive.

@rupeshmalpani @MSFTResearch Oh, I think we are using the word "access" in different ways. I think the discussion on this current thread is using it to refer to access by people with disabilities, as opposed to just generic "access" of data.

@MSFTResearch One huge opportunity we have with the lockdown is the massive number of people having to live in telepresence. There are now so many people working and playing online now that natural experiments are everywhere!
