A lot of small orgs want to outsource IT but they don't know enough about IT to pick a reputable supplier. Get advice from a 3rd party!

Do you know where your website, email, databases are hosted? Do you have backups of your servers?

Using mxtoolbox.com to look up a domain can give you info about where your domain is registered- vital for regaining control of it

Can you answer: What domains do you have registered? Where are they registered? When do they expire? No? Head to mxtoolbox.com

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) = time limited codes that are secure ways to get secondary authentification. All admins should set this up!

If you are a small org with few admins/high turnover, using password managers are super useful.

Recommendation: keep passwords secure with passpack.com. You can keep up to 100 passwords safe with them FOR FREE.
