🇦🇺Aussies In France #MarkAnning After having dug to a depth of 10 feet last year, French scientists found traces of copper wire dating back 200 years and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network more than 150 years ago. Not to be outdone by the French, in the weeks that followed, a British archaeologist dug to a depth of 20 feet, and shortly after, a story published in the London Times: "British archaeologists, finding traces of 250-year-old copper wire, have concluded that their ancestors already had an advanced high-tech communications network 50 years earlier than the French". One week later, Australia's Northern Territory Times, reported the following: "After digging as deep as 30 feet in his backyard in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory, aboriginal Billi Bunji, a self-taught archaeologist, reported that he found absolutely fuck-all. Billi has therefore concluded that 250 years ago, Australia had already gone wireless..." Makes me feel bloody proud to be Australian!

@rattle_ya_dags @AustLiveExports @livestock_the @AusLiveCorp Great to see, live export has been a thing for a long time. Don’t see the death rate of cruise ships being published in comparison for example. There has been been much improvement in this space , the Govt doesn’t want to be responsible for loss of community lives.

Delivering top quality nutritious & delicious protein source from West Australia to the Middle East. Live export is an important market for WA sheep farmers and Australia’s live export trade gives us the opportunity to have a positive influence on good animal welfare practices

Found these little fellas on the edge of a clay pan this morning. Their mum shot off into the grass. Wasn’t a plover , maybe something smaller like a stilt???

Oz Industries Forecasting - Long Range Weather
The latest 4 GFS runs. We continue to trend with increasing moisture potential into November. But everyone said it will be dry due to ENSO and the IOD? Note the increase in the northwest that we have been mentioning for months and months?
