Men, one day the children will grow up and get busy. Your wife will have chama meetings, church events, grandchildren to visit, “girls trips” and weekend plans that do not involve you.
And there you will be, alone in the living room, switching channels every 2 minutes pretending you are “resting” kumbe ni loneliness.
Men, let us be honest with ourselves.
When retirement comes;
Will you still afford the hobbies you love?
Will you have money to travel?
Ama utakuwa unasema “hiyo ni ya vijana” simply because budget imekataa? 😅
Will you enjoy life or simply survive it?
Will you still command respect?
The sad truth is,
A man without money in retirement slowly loses options, confidence and sometimes authority.
Many men prepare for school fees, families and building homes but forget to prepare for the longest phase of life, retirement itself.
Retirement is not just about surviving, it is about maintaining dignity, freedom and choices.
Retirement is expensive, loneliness is expensive and depending on people for every small thing is even more expensive.
Men, let’s love ourselves loud enough to prepare for the life waiting after work and income ends.
▫️Plan while income is still coming in.
▫️Invest while energy is still there.
▫️Save while time is still on your side.
Speak to me today and start building a retirement plan that gives you freedom, dignity and peace later in life: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

Wewe Mzee, we don’t have DPFs, we removed them already; bring all the bad fuel you want, our road-trips are still going on as scheduled.

Caleb Sama@nonsensei_kun
Mazda recommends their 2.2 Diesel engine to use fuel with 15 ppm sulfur or less. What we're getting is now more than 3x the recommended amount. Which means DPFs will be filling up quickly, and unless you do long distance drives often, you will not be finishing regen cycles.

@DonaldBKipkorir The most valuable inheritance that one can get is a solid foundation: good education, networks in early life, some capital to support initial stages of career. Anything after that is bonus.

Many Billionaire families in Kenya especially kikuyu leave their families in extreme poverty through oppressive Family Trusts that treat the surviving family members as slaves & beholden to a Dead Man! Many law firms misadvise their Billionaire patriarch clients to oppress their progeny! No law will countenance such TRUSTS! Nothing is beyond the reach of the law. It is time children of Dead Patriarchs go to Court to void such Trusts!

A Moment of Prestige for Kenya’s Diplomacy at the Court of St James.
I congratulate H.E. Ambassador Maurice Makoloo on formally presenting his Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Charles III at St James’s Palace yesterday, 19 February 2026, thereby officially assuming office as the 16th High Commissioner of the Republic of Kenya to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
This reaffirms the enduring importance of Kenya–UK diplomacy, a relationship shaped by shared interests, mutual respect, and a vision for deeper cooperation. I am certain that Ambassador Makoloo’s steady leadership and seasoned experience will further strengthen these bilateral ties and enhance meaningful engagement with the Kenyan diaspora community across the United Kingdom.
Hongera, Balozi, may your service illuminate new pathways of partnership and elevate Kenya’s voice with dignity and purpose. As our elders remind us, “A tree with deep roots stands firm through every season.”
God bless you Balozi.
