Horrifying news out of Minnesota. My thoughts are with the victim of this tragic shooting and her loved ones.  ICE has repeatedly shown a disregard for human life and has continually ignored common-sense law enforcement practices designed to keep communities safe.  I join the call for transparency and accountability.
