Sometimes education doesn’t need more content. It needs situations where thinking actually has consequences.

But the shift isn’t only digital. Communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, stress management, and humanization of care are equally critical. The future professional must be both tech-enabled and people-centered.

By 2030, the global health workforce is projected to reach 84 million a 29% increase in a decade. Yet 18 million more professionals will still be needed to achieve universal coverage. Are we preparing them differently?
