@NathanShapland_ Yeah but i think we took that gamble with Stockley didn't we ( think we paid 150k for him) if his goals get us promoted he will have made his transfer fee back up. I believe he could step up to League One as well just looks like an out and out GS.

If York don’t go up this season I would go all out to get Ollie Pearce in the summer . At 30 he’s in his prime , yes he’s unproven in the EFL , but no doubt he will step up ( like Cheek for Bromley) he’s an absolute goal machine and exactly what we need #pvfc

@SirSebastian20 Most of the chances created will be from corners . Thy have players that can attack set plays - we don't. He whips n a cracking corner give him that.

Oh but apparently he's an "awful player"! 😂😂 He's thriving in a team that actually wants to attack, get bodies forward and score goals and ultimately because they allow him to play in his proper position on a consistent basis, but who knew! 🤷‍♂️ We failed him massively!

@772610DP Yeah I agree mate, I really like Stockley & i would keep him. Waine is contracted. The rest of the strikers can go & for me Ollie Peace would be a great signing. If York go up we have no chance ,but if they don't & given his age he will want have a pop at the EFL .

@EdSmith666 Been saying that for a while now mate, should have invested in him when we went up, we’ve had no quality up front since Tolaj left, only looked slightly threatening when Stockley has played but we have always needed someone to finish, again!

@J9PVFC We will see clearly he's a rough diamond but i think given how fast he is some top sides might take a punt if we go down - he is absolutely rapid . IF , big IF, we can keep the nucleus of this squad together in League Two we should be in with a great shout of an immediate return

@EdSmith666 Personally I think - Early in season - seemed like a spoiled kid at times, easily throws towel in when stuff didn’t work & throwing ball down in a temper floor when he didn’t take a throw in. Lightning pace, got skill but crap fitness. It’s March - knackered after 60 mins.
