The longer you keep someone around who's draining you, the more it costs the people who deserve your best. Is there a client in your world right now that you know you should let go of, and what's actually stopping you?

Both outcomes were better than the one I'd been putting up with. The time I got back went to the clients who actually valued what I was doing, which meant better work, better results, and better testimonials. So if you have those nightmare clients, fire them...

Do you have a client who lives in your head rent free. For a long time I held onto difficult clients, the ones who complained about the smallest things that didn’t matter or who were a nightmare to work with. Until one day I decided to “fire” them.

How much time do you actually spend talking to your viewers or clients? And when did you last do it?

Which makes sense on the surface — more videos, more views, more growth. But if the content isn't landing because you don't really understand what your viewer is struggling with, making more of it just means getting further from the answer faster.

The thing that levelled me up faster than anything else wasn't a new system or a better funnel. It was talking to my viewers and clients. I spend two to three hours a day doing it.

The people who get stuck are the ones who hit the first hard stage and decide it means something is wrong. Which stage are you in right now and did you know it was supposed to feel this hard?

The jump from $100k to $300k is where it gets brutal again because you need entirely new systems, a bigger team, and it’s higher stakes. But then $300k to $500k smooths out again. The pattern repeats. Hard, then easier, then hard again.

Most people think getting to $100k a month is the hard part. It's actually easier than getting to $10k.

When you hit a problem in your business, do you reach for the simple fix first or do you default to building something more complex?

The question I wish I'd asked myself earlier, every single time I wanted to build something new, was this — is there a simpler version of this that might work just as well?

Every time I added something new to my business, I told myself it was necessary. A new funnel, a new system, a new layer of complexity on top of the last one.
