@manairport You state that drop off parking charges are clearly visible in T1 dropoff, just is not the case, I travelled 10 days ago and my wife dropped me off, did not see one sign about charges. Guess what I now have a penalty charge which makes me so angry, she was there for 3 minutes....

@HenryPryor I had a guy do this last year to an 86 year old client of mine who needed to get the deal done to move into a bungalow. Disgusted doesn’t cover it!

There is a special place in hell for people who do this where they can swop notes with sellers who do the same sort of thing. We don’t need laws to stop it, we need agents to prepare sales so that exchange is so fast there isn’t time for it to happen. telegraph.co.uk/property/uk/ga…
