NEW: Florida teen arrested and charged with murder after vultures were seen swarming around a suitcase with the body of a s*x offender inside. 28-year-old Colie Lee Daniel was reported missing for about a week. The girlfriend of 19-year-old Lucas Jones says he told her that he "killed somebody and cut him up." She said Jones told her he killed Daniel "because he was a s*x offender ... and he wanted to kill him."
