@AmericanAir got upgraded then told there was a “system error” and downgraded. Seems odd. 1-4 and 6 got the upgrade but 5 on list mysteriously bumped… not cool.

@AmericanAir No I wasn’t confused. I’m frustrated, confirmed with seat number. Then told me someone else was supposed to be higher on the list. I understand how upgrades work. I don’t understand how I get screwed on a bogus system error. Another stupid AA experience.
