@Malinois_Gal @BrutalPulse Attacking an officer doesn’t equate to deadly force. He was on the floor surrounded by officers while being tased on the ground was kicked in the head and stomped on the back of the head. Both of those blows are attempted murder where I live.

I’m not sure about stand your ground laws where they live but if so this constitutes as self defense right.

@FightHaven Does this classify as self defense? The attacker smashed a glass bottle through a window breaking the window and probably hitting the victim who then stood her ground and fired shots at the attacker who is still a present danger facing forward towards the victim.
