@Paradaxii123 @RupertLowe10 The problems we have with immigration, are entirely the fault of people we have voted for and the economic ideology they support. It is not the fault of the migrants themselves, they made no government decisions whatsoever.

Ed Davey has just said that I am ‘aiding and abetting’ the destruction of his country. He’s right. Restore Britain is going to destroy his version of our country. And we will replace it with one that works for British men and women, and them only. It will be glorious.

This information is to compare Taxation income for Renewable energy vs Fossil fuels. Explain cost of backup power systems or Batteries. The National Grid is being upgraded. Are you talking about domestic systems? DOMESTIC SOLAR. 4kW Solar + 4kWh Battery: ~£12,000 (installed) 8 Panel System + 5kWh Battery: ~£8,500 - £9,700 (installed) Large 6kW Solar + 15kWh Battery: ~£22,000+  Benefits & Savings Reduced Bills: Battery storage can save around 14p per unit of electricity used at night, potentially adding £200–£400 in annual savings on top of solar, which can exceed £50,000 over the system's lifetime. Protection: Provides security against price volatility and power outages.  Energy Saving Trust +2 For more information, you can read the article on Solar panel battery storage: can you save money storing energy? at Which?.  @WhichUK.co.uk PLUG IN SOLAR In the UK, generic plug-in solar kits (often called "balcony power plants") are expected to retail for around £400. While Aldi UK has not yet listed a full "plug-in" home solar kit in its current Specialbuys, it is expanding its renewable energy presence by installing solar on 90 additional stores by 2026.  Estimated Costs for Plug-In Solar (UK Market) Since plug-in solar panels are becoming legal for DIY installation in the UK, similar retailers like Lidl and Amazon are expected to offer kits at these price points:  Entry-level (300W): Estimated between £300 and £500. Mid-range (800W): Estimated between £600 and £1,000. Potential Savings: An 800W system can save roughly £144 to £208 per year on electricity bills, potentially paying for itself in 3 to 5 years.

Labour just voted to block North Sea drilling during an energy crisis. Turning down more domestic supply and £25 BILLION in extra tax revenue. That means more taxes on ordinary people instead. Economically illiterate doesn't even begin to cover it.

YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID @Ed_Miliband @UKLabour a ARE INCREASING RENEWABLE ENERGY INCOME GENERATION RECEIVING BILLIONS FROM TAXES. RENEWABLE ENERGY COMPANIES ARE INVESTING BILLIONS AND CREATING 10OOS OF JOBS WHY NOT POST THE REPLIES YOU GOT FROM ALL THE OTHER MPS IN THE HOUSE EXCEPT REFORM!YOU LOST THE VOTE!!! The UK's low carbon and renewable energy economy (LCREE) has experienced significant growth, with the sector generating an estimated £77.0 billion in turnover in 2024, marking an 11.8% increase since 2023. This sector directly employed approximately 304,000 full-time equivalents (FTEs) in 2024 Office for National Statistics Key Economic Contributions (2024–2025) Turnover and Growth: LCREE turnover has increased by 91.3% since 2015, reaching £77 billion in 2024. Gross Value Added (GVA): The net zero economy, including supply chains, generated £83.1 billion in GVA in 2024, a 10.1% increase year-on-year. Employment: Beyond direct jobs, the broader net zero economy supported 951,400 FTE jobs in 2024, representing 2.9% of total UK employment. Investment: Private investment is a major driver, with expectations of over £50 billion in new offshore wind projects alone. The government has also launched Great British Energy with £8.3 billion in funding to boost local projects. Regional Growth: Scotland's net zero economy grew by 21.3% since 2022, contributing £9.1 billion in GVA.  Energy Generation and Capacity Electricity Generation: In 2024, renewable sources provided over 50% of the UK's electricity, with wind power serving as the primary source Wind Power: Wind (onshore and offshore) generated 58% of all renewable electricity in 2024. The UK currently holds the second-largest offshore wind capacity in the world Solar Power: Solar energy saw a significant jump, with 250,000 new small-scale installations in 2025 alone Overall Energy Mix: As of early 2026, renewable sources accounted for 44.9% of the UK's total energy production Top Sub-sectors: Low carbon electricity generated the highest turnover (£33.6 billion in 2024), while energy-efficient products led in employment Growth Potential: The net zero economy is projected to be worth up to £1 trillion by 2030, which would equate to roughly one-third of the current UK economy Investment Boosts: The government has provided a £1.5 billion budget for renewable energy auctions to support growth Economic Productivity: Jobs in the net zero economy are highly productive, with an average GVA per employee (£105,542) that is 1.4 times the national average ons.gov.uk/economy/enviro… Renewable energy is now significantly cheaper than fossil fuels, with 91% of new, large-scale renewable projects producing electricity at a lower cost than new coal or gas plants. As of 2024, solar photovoltaic (PV) is on average 41% cheaper, and onshore wind is 53% cheaper than the lowest-cost fossil fuel alternatives, reports the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) IRENA – International Renewable Energy Agency +2 Key Cost Comparison Data (2024-2025): Solar & Wind Dominance: Solar and wind are the most affordable sources of new electricity in 82% of the world Onshore Wind Costs: Onshore wind projects are 53% cheaper than the lowest-cost fossil fuel alternatives Solar PV Costs: Solar PV is 41% cheaper than the lowest-cost fossil fuel alternatives New Projects: 91% of new renewable power projects commissioned in 2024 were more cost-effective than fossil fuels Utility-Scale Costs: Utility-scale solar fell to 4.4 cents/kWh and onshore wind to 3.3 cents/kWh Why Renewables are Cheaper: No Fuel Costs: Wind and sun are free, eliminating the volatile fuel costs associated with coal and gas Economies of Scale: According to Our World in Data, manufacturing improvements and increased deployment (learning curves) continue to drive down costs

@cm771trex @AdrianWait55 @NoFarmsNoFoods No, the higher rents would cause 1,000s to become homeless. Smaller landlords already make very little from renting out and would be forced to sell. These will get snapped up by bigger landlords. This will only result in pricing more out Unless you can magic up more housing stock

@ianrileyENG @sophielouisecc You are wrong. The lady was not given fair representation. Judges clearly did not give a damn. The case against her should have failed under mens rea. She did not call for arson, she did not intend for people to cause arson on her behalf. She said burn them for all I care.

@Eddytoad @sophielouisecc Connelly called for mass deportations & arson attacks on hotels housing asylum seekers. But as she broke the law she got sent down- didn’t she. The charge was distributing material with the intention of stirring up racial hatred. See point 12 Judges remarks. Tell me I’m wrong.

@ianrileyENG @sophielouisecc She was not inciting arson. She said she did not care if it happened. Which is not the same thing. But as she is white it didn't matter and she got sent down just the same.
